The Non-Filers tool closed November 21, 2020. The IRS will continue to process mailed returns but is unable to issue any first payments after December 31, 2020. If you missed the deadline for the tool or the IRS was unable to process your return and issue an Economic Impact Payment.
What happens if you never get your first stimulus check?
Some people may not have received their stimulus checks because the IRS has an old address or incorrect bank account information on file. If this is the case, the payment will be returned to the IRS. The IRS will re-issue the check once you submit the correct information.

How to fix accidentally filed non-filer tax form?
I accidentally filed the non-filer form on IRS’s webpage thinking it was just for people who haven’t file the 2019 tax return to submit banking information. Now I’m not able to e-file my tax. Do you get a second tax payment if you use nonfilers?
If you did use the IRS nonfilers tool, you should have automatically received a second payment. If you didn’t, you can still file for that money as a Recovery Rebate Credit as well. File for your Recovery Rebate Credit as part of a federal tax return this year, even if you don’t normally do so.
Can a non-filer get an economic impact payment?
Just like people who file returns every year, those who do not have a filing requirement also generally qualify for an Economic Impact Payment. The IRS doesn’t know who many of these people are since they normally don’t file. So, the only way to get the Economic Impact Payment is to register with the IRS.
