How to find your 1095-A online
- Log in to your HealthCare.gov account.
- Under “Your Existing Applications,” select your 2020 application — not your 2021 application.
- Select “Tax Forms” from the menu on the left.
- Download all 1095-As shown on the screen.
Can I access my 1095-a form online?
You will use the information from the Form 1095-A to calculate the amount of your premium tax credit. If you purchased coverage through the federally facilitated Marketplace and you set-up a HealthCare.gov account, you can get a copy of Form 1095-A, Health Insurance Marketplace Statement online from your account.
