Your My Health Pays reward dollars are added to your rewards card after we process the claim for each activity you complete. If you are earning your first reward, your My Health Pays™ Visa® Prepaid Card will be mailed to you.

How do I activate my wellcare Visa card?
To activate your card, call 1-844-377-9737. You will need your account number, expiration date and security code located on the back of your card, as well as your four digit year of birth to complete the activation.
